Eligibility
A refund may be requested within 7 days of payment provided no more than two live classes have been attended and no recordings or mock papers have been downloaded.

Non-refundable situations
Fees are non-refundable once a block mock has been attempted, once more than 25% of the course has been consumed, or where a discounted or promotional price was applied.

Process and modes
Raise a support ticket from your portal with the transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
