If the student cannot access the course due to technical issues from our side and the issue is not resolved within 7 days.

• The student has not accessed or downloaded any materials
• The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase

• Course videos watched or materials downloaded
• Any portion of the course completed
• Change of mind or loss of interest
• Incorrect information provided during registration
• Exam dates or personal schedule changes
• Course content does not meet personal expectations
